Lactation Cookies

 
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal 

4 Tbsp. water

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla {I love the vanilla flavor so I had more like a tablespoon.}

2 cups all purpose flour 

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. Brewer’s Yeast {The more the better because this is the active ingredient.}

3 cups quick oats

1 cup chocolate chips {I used dark chips chips and they were amazing.}

Cinnamon {As much as you like.}

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. 

Mix together the flaxseed and water and let sit for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cream together the butter and sugars.

Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

Add flaxseed mix and vanilla.

In a medium bowl, combine together flour, baking soda, salt, Brewer’s Yeast, and oats.

Add to the butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time.

Once the dough is mixed together well, add chocolate chips.

Bake for 9-11 minutes.
